We're a small team that's passionate about improving business operations. We know that the right software can be a powerful force multiplier.
Our co-founder, Max, saw this firsthand while scaling operations at one of the UK's fastest growing tech companies, Monzo Bank. At Monzo, Max worked on systems used by millions of customers and thousands of staff. He worked on a variety of different processes such as complaint handling, customer support and ISA transfers.
